Camryn is enjoying the carefree life of a contact lens wearer. She is loving being able to wear movie star shades and keeps looking in the mirror, wondering who that is staring back at her! It has been almost five years of Camryn with glasses so we all take a second look when those big green eyes are staring back at us. She is still adjusting to them, but is determined to make it work and start fourth grade with a new look!

Lauren has a new look, too, I think. I hardly remember what she looks like as we rarely see her these days. She has a new bff and seems to like that family better than us! She will be starting first grade with fewer teeth than she started kindergarten with. With the help of a swing to the face during a week long vacation at the lake, Lauren is anxiously awaiting the arrival of her two front teeth!

Max's new look for fall is full football gear. He is in the backyard practicing up for football season every night. Ever since the 10 year old neighbor boy started football, Max has been undergoing a rigorous training program, with everything from sit ups to sprints in order to get in shape for the upcoming season (which, by the way, is all in his head). He is also apparently confused about the difference between a nut cup and mouth guard. We're going to try to get that straightened out for him before there is an embarassing locker room situation!
